Shipping Policy

We charge a flat shipping rate that increases as additional items are added to your cart. The increase allows us to pay for the cost of shipping as well as any handling fees associated. Most orders ship within 2-3 business days but some may take longer (5-9 business days) to ship if we need to print an item on-demand. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. We use preferred shipping carriers including but not limited to FedEx, UPS, DHL, ePacket, and USPS.

Shipping usually takes 1-25 days. It depends on the shipping carrier, customs delay, customer's shipping address and our warehouse location from which the item is located before we send it. Our warehouses are located in US, EU, China. Each product has a note about the warehouse location and process time associated with the product. Our normal shipping days are Mon-Fri. 

Most orders are shipped with the US Postal Service (USPS) or ePacket. International buyers currently pay a flat rate. We cannot control how long your country’s customs may delay your package.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost/Damaged by Post Office: We are not responsible for any errors made by the Post Office. However, if your package has not been received within 3 weeks of receiving your shipping notification email support@privial.com and we are happy to help resolve the issue if possible. Thank you for your understanding with this. Please contact USPS and file a claim before contacting us.

Points to note:
Please note our courier service does NOT deliver to a PO Box / Private Bag. Please always provide a physical address to send your order to.

Delays in shipping
On occasion, we may experience an unforeseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by Privial Support Team. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.

Incorrect item received - if the goods you receive are not what you ordered, Privial Store will re-supply the correct order freight free and will arrange return freight on the incorrect item.

Incorrect size ordered - Privial Store will exchange goods that do not fit and will supply an alternative size. If an alternative size is not available, you will be offered an alternative style in the correct size. If you do not want the alternative style you will be refunded the cost of the product only, any freight incurred will not be refunded.

Return freight costs are your responsibility so please be sure to select sizes carefully. A refund will only be provided for items returned in original condition with labels intact and in the original packaging where applicable.

Undelivered items - If you don't receive your purchase, please report this to us no later than 30 days from the date at which the order was placed. We will not accept responsibility for any undelivered orders reported to us more than 30 days after the order placement date.

Free shipping & exchanges for orders over $100. Should you choose to return an item after receiving free shipping the original shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.
